By downloading or using Boutly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Boutly is a fight scoring application for personal, non-commercial use. You may create scorecards, build fighter rosters, and share your scores using the app's built-in features. Your data is stored on your device and synced across your Apple devices via iCloud.
You retain ownership of the scorecards and content you create. Your data is synced via Apple's iCloud service and is not stored on any Boutly servers. By sharing content through the app, you are responsible for what you share and where you share it.
The Boutly name, logo, and app design are the property of Boutly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its assets without permission.
Boutly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scorecards generated by users are personal opinions and do not represent official judging decisions.
Boutly shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to disputes over scoring opinions shared publicly.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
